Thank you so much for wanting to participate in Winter Frolic 2017. Below is your contract/agreement form and payment link to reserve your space, raffle item or VIP Nite options. Payment for options must be paid in full by their due date to secure your space/item.

    • Vendor reservation fee must be paid for in full by October 12, 2017 in order to be considered for submission to Winter Frolic 2017 for either Main event (Nov. 9, 2017) or VIP Nite (Nov. 8, 2017). • Vendor and/or their submissions are considered by Frolic Committee only, and may be rejected due to inappropriate fit, style, size etc. If submission is rejected, payment will be returned in full. • Payment/Submission of item/space reservation that is accepted is non-refundable. • Certain display items require an added-on value of either a gift card or physical product. Vendor is submitting items that truthfully match retail value. • Final delivery of items are the responsibility of the vendor and must be delivered by the date outlined (according to item) in the Vendor Guide. Failure to deliver products/gift bags etc. by designated date may forfeit in participation of the event. • While vendor requests will be considered regarding design of display (i.e. wreaths, mannequins) the Frolic Committee reserves the right to the final design according to the event style and color scheme. • Premium vendors that receive VIP Nite tickets must reserve their placement by RSVP, no exceptions.

    Single 18” wreath (supplied/decorated by Frolic committee) with simple and elegant winter/holiday decor that features your physical item or gift card worth $50 or more.
  • Choices: artificial pine, grapevine or artificial greenery.

    Vendor can submit their own gift basket for raffle. Value of basket must be $50 or more.
